The BC government is taking initiative to resolve the housing crisis with this new legislation proposed by Premier David Eby!
With efforts to deliver more good homes easier for people, BC is introducing new laws to build homes that people need, make it possible for homes that are vacant to be rented out and remove age and rental restrictions in Strata’s that hinder young families to secure a home.
