Sat, raised in a first-generation immigrant family in the Fraser Valley, learned the value of hard work in his family’s grocery store. A dedicated athlete, he cultivated essential skills in team sports. During his BBA in Finance & Marketing at the University of the Fraser Valley, Sat discovered his passion for real estate, seamlessly blending his marketing fervor and financial acumen.

With over a decade in the industry, he and his team consistently rank in the top 1%, boasting eight consecutive years in the prestigious Medallion Club.
