Rochelle Appelle
Rochelle grew up in Winnipeg, MB. Post high school, she completed her Business Administration education. After moving to Abbotsford, she furthered her training and career in the dental field where she was passionate about helping people during procedures, both in the dental office and in hospital operating rooms. These environments gave Rochelle the opportunity to learn to manage high stress situations for patients, while maintaining schedules and safety procedures. Rochelle’s interest in real estate started at an early age, which years later made becoming a realtor a natural fit. This field merged her keen interest in the field and her desire to help people. With great attention to detail, Rochelle takes pride in providing top notch customer service to her clients and making sure the whole process is as stress free as possible, achieving their goals and exceeding expectations. The greatest reward is handing over the keys to a buyer for their new home, or putting the sold sign on a sellers listing and knowing that she was a positive part in their journey.

One of the most emotional financial decisions we will make in our lifetime is to purchase a home. Our home becomes a place where we celebrate all of life’s great milestones. Our homes give us a comforting place to store our treasures, make memories and spend time with our loved ones. I’ve been told by mentors in the past that when it comes to success, there is rarely ever a time when luck comes into play. Hard work, however, always comes into play. Having said that, I may not have 10 or 20 years of experience under my belt but I more than make up for that with an eagerness to learn, problem-solve and ensure that my clients needs and priorities are always met.
When I’m not assisting my real estate clients, I enjoy hiking with my friends and family, trying new breweries and restaurants, and my biggest passion of all is sports cars.
Mandy Swaich
Mandy grew up in Abbotsford after moving from India at the age of 7. She enjoys learning new things and shifted into the world of real estate as a mortgage broker in 2017. Since then she has helped many home buyers get into their first home while allowing others to access equity in their homes and invest in rental properties. Having extensive knowledge about the mortgage world has allowed Mandy to transition smoothly into the world or Real Estate. She is dedicated, passionate and very detail oriented. Her business is built on communication and transparency. When she is not working Mandy enjoys spending time with her 7 year old son. She has a passion for cooking and learning new recipes. She enjoys catching up with close friends over dinner and travelling when she can.
Kieran Milne
I’ve grown up in the Valley, and over time I’ve seen it grow and change into the beautiful place it is today. It tailors to just about anything you need all year long. Take the mountains for instance – during the winter, they’re perfect for skiing and snowboarding, and in the spring and summer those same mountains are ideal locations for hiking and mountain biking. We’re close enough to the ocean to take a walk on Canada’s longest pier or enjoy a picnic on the beach, and with two hundred lakes within the Valley and Lower Mainland, there’s no end to what you can do.
For most of my life, I’ve worked in Customer Service (mostly the restaurant industry) and that’s helped develop my sales skills. More importantly though, it gave me the knowledge and experience needed to ensure the people I’m doing business with are satisfied.
